dbdeploy.net is the .NET port of DB Deploy. If you think you're doing Continuous Integration, and your build breaks because you forgot to change a database schema, you're wrong.
DB Deploy allows you to break database changes up into tiny manageable chunks and roll them out into any database. Why would you not want that?
Anyway, have you noticed that developers have fashions in open source? One year it's wikis, one you year it's blog engines. A couple of years ago it was db deploy tools, so there's no excuse.
